Neil has studied Art and Photography in the US and abroad. A graduate of Hobart College, Neil operates a photography Studio in downtown Geneva, NY, and serves a wide variety of clients. Neil is a member of the Professional Photographers of America, the Professional Photographers Society of New York State, the ASP, the Geneva Rotary Club, and serves on the Board of Trustees of the PPSNYS Workshop. In1998 Neil was awarded the Master of Photography degree by the Professional Photographers of America. He was a recipient of the Eastman Kodak Gallery Award. in 2020 Neil was recognized by the Geneva Area Chamber of Commerce as a Chamber Champion, and the Geneva BID for 52 years in business.
